About Us

Built Around Growth.

A business shaped by the land it works with — patient, practical and focused on what grows next.

01 — Connection

Our Connection With Agriculture

Agriculture is not a category for us; it is the ground we stand on. Every decision begins with the field, the season and the people working through both.

02 — Approach

Our Approach

We keep things practical and grounded — clear support, honest conversation and a focus on what actually helps a crop grow well.

03 — Vision

Our Vision

Healthier soil, stronger growth and farming that stays viable for the next generation. That is the direction we keep moving in.

04 — Tomorrow

Looking Towards Tomorrow.

Farming changes with every season. We intend to keep learning with it — staying close to the field, and useful to the people in it.

Our story

How We Got Here.

Kisan Samrudhi Agri began with a simple observation: most farmers around us were not short of effort — they were short of clear, local, trustworthy guidance. Product labels spoke one language, the field spoke another, and the gap between them was costing seasons.

So the business was built the other way round. Start with the soil, understand the crop and the household behind it, and only then talk about what to apply. Fertilizer is a tool in that conversation, never the whole of it.

What we believe

Healthy soil is the cheapest input a farmer owns. Everything else works better once it is looked after.

How we talk

Plain Kannada or English, no jargon, and an honest 'we don't know yet' when that is the truthful answer.

What we refuse

Selling more than a field needs. Over-application hurts the soil, the crop and the farmer's money.

Principles

The Way We Work.

Field before product

No recommendation is made before someone has actually seen or heard about the condition of the land.

Right quantity, right time

Stage-wise, split application beats one heavy dose — for the crop and for the cost sheet.

Long-term soil

We would rather protect a field for ten seasons than push one exceptional year out of it.

Answer the phone

Support does not stop at delivery. Mid-season questions get an answer the same day where possible.

Keep it affordable

Plans are shaped around what a small landholding can genuinely spend, not an ideal budget.

Learn every season

What worked and what did not gets recorded, so the next year's advice is a little sharper.
